Their onsite management and installation staffs in particular have impressed me with their caring attitude and response to the schools operational requirements while always delivering the installation to a high standard with minimal defects or ongoing issues upon completion. Out with the old and in with the new
Project Air Conditioning has commenced the progressive upgrade of air conditioning at this 1970's West Perth office block.

Tenancies will be fully occupied during both the retrofit and change over phases and meticulous project management planning has been implemented to minimise disruption to the office personnel.
I have found Project Air Conditioning to be a competent contractor in their service delivery. Moreover the rate of our equipment breakdown has reduced significantly.
I would not have anyone other than Project Air Conditioning install or maintain air conditioning at my properties.
We are very happy to recommend Project air as we have had nothing but great service and back up at all times.

Brenton Siviour of international accounting firm McKessar Tieleman has been working with the World Bank to help small businesses in China to improve their marketing, financial and management systems and, following from that, their profits. The aim is to alleviate poverty by building small to medium business enterprises (SME). This will create employment, which leads to the creation of wealth.
The recent admission of China to the World Trade Organisation has exposed Chinese businesses to increased competition. Those businesses now say we need to know about world's best practice." Australia leads the world in business and entrepreneurial skills, so it was no surprise when the bank came to look for expertise. Mr Siviour began consulting with small businesses to improve their efficiency in 1996 with his own company, Siviour Corporate. He has continued this work for McKessar Tieleman following the merger of the companies in February 2000.
In June 2001, the World Bank invited McKessar Tieleman to analyse the needs of businesses in Sichuan Province, China. This led to Mr Siviour becoming involved in a pilot project, starting in April 2002, to help five companies develop their systems to world standards.
Consultants would be trained by McKessar Tieleman to go to Chinese companies and pass on the knowledge they had gained. This is both cost effective and has the added benefit that, while few of the Chinese business people needing help have any knowledge of English, the trainee consultants are fluent English speakers.
Project Air Conditioning was invited to be a case study for the trainee consultants on the basis of Mr Siviour's prior knowledge of the company. Mr Siviour explains: "Project Air Conditioning has perfected its customer service strategy. "Not only are they skilled in the technical aspects of air conditioning design and Installation but the way in which they perform their service.
"In my experience of studying and working with SME's in Australia and abroad, Project Air Conditioning's business processes and systems is an exemplary model of the methods required of organisations to effectively serve markets and sustain employment.
Thanks to management and staff at Project Air Conditioning for their valuable contribution and the unprecedented access the company gave the Chinese delegation from the World Bank.
Project Air Conditioning was invited to be a case study for the trainee consultants from the Peoples of Republic of China on the basis of my prior knowledge of the company. Project Air Conditioning has perfected its customer service strategy. Not only are they skilled in the technical aspects of air conditioning design and Installation but the way in which they perform their service. In my experience of studying and working with SME's in Australia and abroad, Project Air Conditioning's business processes and systems is an exemplary model of the methods required of organisations to effectively serve markets and sustain employment.

As a builder involved in commercial development projects the air conditioning and mechanical component can be quite significant. Timelines have to be met for all trades and I have found Project Air Conditioning to be exceptionally cooperative and responsive in their attitude towards getting the job done.
I have been very impressed with Project Air Conditioning. They have recently installed air conditioning at my premises and I cannot speak more highly of their capabilities. I would recommend Project Air Conditioning to anyone looking for high quality equipment and high calibre engineering and tradespeople.
They have a very good reputation within the industry & I’m pleased that our company has been able to build an excellent working relationship in order to serve the various markets which Project Air Conditioning are involved in. They are a team of true professionals.
Project Air Conditioning was asked to carry out a mechanical services project for the Pan Pacific Hotel in Perth. Calorex heat pumps were installed. The existing space heating and hot water boiler system was well past its prime and needed to be replaced by new energy efficient technology. Occupied buildings present many challenges when retrofitting mechanical equipment and particularly so in multi story situations. However our trades people installed the heat recovery equipment and managed all the logistics associated when working in a fully occupied international hotel.
I cannot speak more highly of this company. From the word go, Project Air Conditioning took control of what was always going to be a challenging project and transformed the space heating and potable hot water infrastructure into an integrated effective and efficient system through their excellent installation techniques and high quality workmanship.
Spotless are a national company offering infrastructure and facility management to the private and public sectors. Project Air Conditioning is a registered preferred contractor with Spotless and has demonstrated over an extended period strong organisational competency in its service provision to Spotless. I also acknowledge their commitment to occupational health and safety.
In consideration of difficulties faced in the installation, such as restricted access to work spaces, areas heavily congested with existing services and requirements for substantial builder’s works, Project Air’s efforts are commendable.

Project Air Conditioning serving the regions as well as the cities
Although located in Perth and Cairns, the Project Air Conditioning management team has always held the view that if their clients wanted them to travel outside their home bases to carry out design and installation work for them they would be prepared to do so.
Recently Project Air Conditioning has been working as far and wide as Melbourne, Brisbane, Townsville, Karratha and Port Hedland. The company is about to mobilise part of its engineering and trades team to Papua New Guinea.
The Harris Scarfe department store at Bunbury is one such early example in Project Air Conditioning history of the flexibility and mobility of its skilled workforce to serve regional areas.
The Shangri-La Hotel is a 5 star international resort hotel overlooking the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland. The hotel is a tropical haven for guests who come from all parts of the world to see the wonders the region has to offer. The comfort of the guests is paramount to a successful leisure business.
The continuous performance of the air conditioning and refrigeration is essential. Some years ago the hotel chose Project Air Conditioning to facilitate all aspects of the mechanical equipment routine maintenance and mechanical refurbishment work. The refurbishment work being undertaken by Project Air Conditioning is a progressive upgrade of chilled water air handling units throughout the resort. In recent times the work at the hotel has included the removal and installation of large capacity air handling units.
We submitted a proposal to replace the old units with a more efficient system. We assembled the units onsite and transited the parts up 3 floors in the hotel to the plant room. The process required the Chilled water lines to be frozen whilst we removed and installed the new units and pipe work. All units are now in service and operating correctly. In addition to the air conditioning, Project Air Conditioning delivers a round the clock breakdown alert of all the hotels cool rooms, freezers, ice machines and other refrigeration equipment.

Tiles Expo Boutique supplies some of the highest quality marble and floor tile products in Australia. Their modern Osborne Park oulet displays a comprehensive range of flooring options. Cairns builder, Osborne Constructions has carried out a major refurbishment project at Cairns Airport for CASA.
Project Air Conditioning was engaged to carry out all mechanical functions.

Project Air Conditioning has a long standing professional relationship with the owner of this high profile commercial building at Osborne Park. The owner was negotiating with some new tennants who had some specific requirements for air conditioning.
We were asked to engineer a ducted air conditioning solution to meet the business operation demands of the tenants. After consultation we designed a system using a series of Hitachi inverter ducted units to cope with the variance in building heat load. Some caution has to be excercised when designing and installing air conditioning to western facing buildings, particularly where external shade is limited. This we did and the result was most satisfactory to the owner and tenant.
